John Kerin, Head of Debt Syndicate, joined Drexel Hamilton in 2011, bringing decades of experience in debt capital markets and investment management with firms such as Lehman Brothers, Wachovia Securities, Keefe Bruyette & Woods and the YMCA Retirement Fund.  His fixed income experience covers a wide array of disciplines in structured products (RMBS, ABS, and CDOs) as well as investment grade corporate debt.  At KBW, John was part of a team that securitized, syndicated and sold over $20 billion of Trup CDO’s and $30 billion of  Bank and Insurance corporate debt.  Prior to KBW, John was an investment officer at the YMCA Retirement Fund responsible for structured products and corporate bond investments for a $2.0bn total return portfolio.  He holds a BA from William Paterson University, an MBA from Long Island University, and Series 7, 63, 55, and 24 FINRA Licenses.
