DAV Recognizes Drexel Hamilton’s Veteran Hiring

Drexel Hamilton is proud to be recognized by Disabled American Veterans (DAV) as a partner in hiring Veterans, especially disabled Veterans. They stated, “DAV (Disabled American Veterans) is proud to have you as a partner in the ever-important mission of ensuring that all veterans, especially disabled veterans, secure meaningful employment.”

According to Census.gov, the American adult population consists of about 6.2% of Veterans, with 31% of Veterans having a service-connected disability (bls.gov). At Drexel Hamilton, we’re proud to have Veterans compose 100% of our ownership and 62% of our employee workforce. Additionally, about 48% of our employees, which is 84% of our Veterans, have a service-connected disability. These statistics demonstrate our commitment to going above and beyond in supporting Veterans, and we’re exceptionally proud to be recognized for this effort by the DAV.
